Vestuvinės tematikos lalavimo dainų būdingiausių įvaizdžių ir motyvų semantika

LTStraipsnio objektas- vestuvinės tematikos lietuvių lalavimo dainos. Merginoms skirtų lalavimo dainų nėra daug: darbe remiamasi daugiau nei 300 dainų - medžiaga rinkta Lietuvių literatūros ir tautosakos rankraštyne (naudotasi Lietuvių dainuojamosios tautosakos katalogo kartoteka), Lietuvos muzikos akademijos Muzikologijos instituto Et-nomuzikologijos skyriaus archyve (naudotasi žanriniu dainų katalogu). Darbo tikslas- išskirti ir apibendrinti vestuvinės tematikos lalavimo dainų būdingiausius įvaizdžius ir motyvus bei pateikti lalavimo dainų, kaip vientisos reikšminės paradigmos, o ne atskirų įvaizdžių ar motyvų, analizę. Norint išsamiau aptarti šią teminę lietuvių lalavimo dainų grupę, pasitelkiamos analogiškos baltarusių ir lenkų tautosakos paralelės*, juoba kad lalavimo paprotys ir jį lydėjusi tautosaka, lokalizuojami atskirose lietuvių, baltarusių, lenkų etninėse teritorijose, sudaro faktiškai vieną geografinę erdvę ir įvardytini kaip bendro kompaktiško baltų-slavų arealo kultūros reiškinys.

ENAn important component of Easter rites in Lithuanian tradition was the ritual visiting of the neighbours' yards - the so called lalavimas custom accompanied by specific lalavimas songs. The separate thematic group of such songs consists of the songs sung to the maiden which distinguish themselves by their motif of wedding. Their amount is not big. The present analysis refers to more than 300 units. The material is taken from the depository of Lithuanian literature and folklore manuscripts (the card index of the catalogue of Lithuanian folk songs was used for the purpose) and from the archives of the Ethnomusicology department of Lithuanian Musical Academy's Institute of Musicology (the catalogue of genre songs). For an exhaustive study of this group of Lithuanian lalavimas songs, the analogical parallels with Byelorussian and Polish folklore have been requested.Great attention is paid to this genric group of Lithuanian calendar folk songs. However, only the separate motifs or images were discussed in the general context of Lithuanian folk songs until present time. In the general context of calendar folklore the separate motifs, images, and poetical situations of Lithuanian lalavimas songs are explained on the level of the cosmicized symbolics. The article presents an analysis of such songs viewed as the entire semantic paradigm, and not as an analysis of separate images and motifs. Lithuanian folk songs of other genres and genric groups, ethnographical facts, the folklore and ethnographic material of the neighbouring nations such as Byelorussian and Polish have been explored. Accordingly, the characteristic poetic situations of the lalavimas songs devoted to maiden and their images are interpreted as the symbols of female maturity and the actualization of wedding. The similar treatment is found in the acquisition oi the wreath, the ring, the golden cup, and the silk ribbon (in Lithuanian, Byelorussian, and Polish folk songs these things are generally made by smiths out of dew brought by an unmarried maid herself) and in the drowning and rescuing of the ring or the wreath.
