Lietuvos žemės kooperatyvų sąjunga "Lietūkis"

LTStraipsnyje nemažai dėmesio skiriama "Lietūkio" susikūrimui ir atskleidžiama, kad jo šaknys iš tikrųjų siekia XX a. pradžią, Stolypino reformą. Kai kurie asmenys, darbavęsi šios reformos metu sudarytose žemėtvarkos komisijose, vėliau kūrė "Lietūkį". Būtent jie tęsė darbus, pradėtus dar prieš karą, nepriklausomoje Lietuvoje. Šiaip jau "Lietūkis" kūrėsi kaip trečiojo dešimtmečio kooperacijos raidos proceso Lietuvoje sudėtinė dalis. Ketvirtajame dešimtmetyje tapęs stambia prekybine organizacija, "Lietūkis" simbolizavo kooperacijos apogėjų Lietuvoje. Kadangi ši organizacija nesiekė pelno, ji diktavo rinkos kainas, palankias ūkininkams.

ENThe article dedicates significant attention to the formation of "Lietūkis" and reveals that its roots can be traced to the beginning of the 20th century and the Stolypin’s reform. Some persons, who were employed by the planning commissions, which were formed during the reform, later on founded "Lietūkis" and continued the activities, started before the war, in the independent Lithuania. "Lietūkis" was actually launched as a composite part of the process of development of co-operation in Lithuania in the twenties. After becoming a large trade organization in the thirties, "Lietūkis" symbolized the apogee of co-operation in Lithuania. Since the organization was not profit seeking, it dictated the market prices, favourable to farmers.
