Summary / Abstract:

LTIntegruota komunikacija nėra išsamiai ištyrinėtas reiškinys, todėl šio straipsnio tikslas - mokslo komunikacijos srautų, žinių eksporto analizės pagrindu nustatyti plėtotės tendencijas, ištirti, koks šios idėjų visuma vadinamos vadybos krypties, galinčios tapti ir nauja disciplina, intelektualus pagrindas arba intelektualioji esmė suformuota dabar, per pirmąjį paradigmos brandinimo dešimtmetį. Be to, dinamiškieji evoliucionuojančio reiškinio aspektai skatina gvildenti komunikacijos vadybos modelių atnaujinimo problemą įvairių teorinių požiūrių jungimo būdu, įtvirtinti daugiametodologiškumo principus, daryti išvadą apie integruotos komunikacijos perspektyvumą informacijos paslaugas teikiančiose organizacijose.

ENIntegrated communication was investigated during this research project as a universal theoretical approach that may be implemented in business sector and in another spheres. Possibilities of regrouped and redesigned communication in libraries, were mentioned together with suggestion to investigate this problem in future studies, because research in governmental sector was the background of implications about possible perspectives related to creative implementation of integrated communication. [...] The aim of research was to originate dynamic model of consequent character and centred on different but possible to unify approaches of integrated communication, which may be supplemented by sense-making approach and theory of symbolic convergence. So named knowledge export and scientific communication tendencies were investigated aiming to create some kind of itinerary toward better understanding of the main tendencies of new phenomenon development and theory formation firstly according to rules of transdisciplinarity. Hence, adoption of iterative and permanently developed dynamic model of integrated communication is not an easy task but it is a way to jump out from the stream of chaotic communication flows for very different kind of future looking for organisations. The question is: How to encourage organisations for such kind of individual and humanistic development? Success of integrated organisations with life-style of implemented tremendous amounts of preparative research and thorough strategic planning and also co-ordination of traditional and electronic communication and information activities related to knowledge systems implementation may be the answer.
