AB "Žemaitijos pienas" tiekimo grandinės procesų analizė

LTPieno produktų tiekimo grandinė yra sudėtinga ir tarpusavyje susijusi sistema, apimanti daugybę suinteresuotųjų šalių ir liečianti įvairius pieno gamybos, tvarkymo, laikymo, perdirbimo, pakavimo, transportavimo, platinimo aspektus. Labai svarbu išlaikyti sudėtingos ir dinamiškos tiekimo grandinės funkcionalumą, siekiant užtikrinti ilgalaikį tvarumą dabartiniame pasauliniame kontekste. Tiekimo proceso svarba didėja, nes klientai vis labiau priklauso nuo greito ir patikimo krovinių pristatymo. Ilgas veiklų tinklas, kuris būdingas maisto pramonei reiškia, kad kiekvienas žingsnis turi įtakos kitam, o norint efektyviai ir kokybiškai sukurti produktą bei užtikrinti ilgalaikį pelningumą ir patikimą veiklą, reikia tinkamai valdyti visą tiekimo grandinę, ypatingą dėmesį skiriant transportavimui. Tyrimo metu taikytas kokybinis tyrimo metodas - pusiau struktūruotas interviu. Pusiau struktūruotas interviu pasirinktas dėl to, kad jame iš anksto numatomi klausimai, su galimybe juos papildyti. Šis metodas leidžia gauti išsamius atsakymus ir suteikia galimybę kokybiškai analizuoti kiekvieno respondento atsakymus. Tyrimas atskleidė, kad įmonėje tiekimo grandinės problemų dažnis yra nenuspėjamas, o komunikacija tarp tiekėjo ir gamintojo bei krovinio sekimas gali sumažinti rizikos tikimybę. ENThe efficiency of transportation services directly affects the smoothness of the supply chain and customer satisfaction. In order to ensure fast and reliable delivery of goods to the customers of AB „Žemaitijos pienas“, it is necessary to analyse the possible causes of problems in the management of supply chain processes of the manufacturing company and offer specific solutions. During the study, a qualitative research method was applied - a semi-structured interview, which allowed obtaining detailed answers and provided an opportunity to qualitatively analyse the answers of each respondent. After analysing the answers to the survey, it can be said that the AB „Žemaitijos Pienas“ company is aware of potential risks that threaten the quality of raw materials and transported finished products. The company's employees recognize the dependence of the quality of raw materials on logistics processes. In order to reduce the number of problematic situations, two solutions were proposed. Modern automation tools can be used to increase the efficiency of supply chain management and meet complex standards. The second proposal is for the company to include additional milk suppliers from Poland in the company's supply chain. Such a decision will allow diversification of supply sources and ensure a stable supply of raw materials.
