Jaunimo nedarbo lygis ir jį lemiantys veiksniai Lietuvos regionuose

LTStraipsnyje analizuojamas nedarbas Lietuvos regionuose. Moksliniu požiūriu nedarbo tema yra išsamiai nagrinėjama. Straipsnio tikslas – atlikti lyginamąją nedarbo lygio analizę Lietuvos regionuose. Taigi, buvo atliktas empirinis tyrimas – anketinė apklausa, kuria buvo siekiama identifikuoti nedarbo lygį lemiančius veiksnius Lietuvos gyventojų požiūriu. Išanalizavus tyrimo rezultatus nustatyta, kad gyventojai mano, kad šalyje yra per mažas darbo užmokestis. Nustačius, kad su šiuo teiginiu sutiko daugiau nei 40% 18-25 metų respondentai. Atsižvelgiant į šį rezultatą, naudojantis matematinės-statistinės analizės įrankius, straipsnyje analizuojamas mėnesinio darbo užmokesčio poveikis jaunimo (15-24 metų) nedarbo lygiui. Išanalizavus gautus duomenis, buvo nustatyta, kad iš tiesų darbo užmokestis jaunimo nedarbo lygiui įtakos nedaro. Raktiniai žodžiai: nedarbo lygis, ekonomika, statistinė analizė.

ENThe article analyzes unemployment in the regions of Lithuania. From a scientific point of view, the topic of unemployment is studied in detail. The aim of the article is to perform a comparative analysis of the unemployment rate in the regions of Lithuania. Thus, an empirical study was conducted - a questionnaire survey, which aimed to identify the factors determining the level of unemployment from the point of view of the Lithuanian population. After analyzing the results of the survey, it was found that residents believe that wages are too low in the country. After finding that more than 40% of respondents aged 18-25 agreed with this statement. Taking into account this result, using the tools of mathematical-statistical analysis, the article analyzes the effect of the monthly salary on the youth unemployment rate (15-24 years old). After analyzing the received data, it was found that the salary does not really affect the youth unemployment rate. Keywords: unemployment rate, economy, statistical analysis.
