Socialinio darbuotojo patiriami sunkumai dirbant su prekybos žmonėmis aukomis

LTPrekyba žmonėmis, kurią skatina socialiniai, kultūriniai, ekonominiai veiksniai, yra pasaulinio masto ir plačiai paplitęs nusikaltimas, kuriuo siekiama pasipelnyti iš vyrų, moterų ir vaikų. Prekybos žmonėmis aukomis dažniausiai tampa socialiai pažeidžiami asmenys, po tokios patirties jų socialinės problemos tik sustiprėja. Lietuvoje kovą su prekyba žmonėmis vykdo įvairios valstybės ir savivaldybių institucijos, tačiau ypatingai svarbų vaidmenį atlieka nevyriausybinės organizacijos ir jose dirbantys socialiniai darbuotojai. Prekybos žmonėmis aukos yra ypatingai jautrios ir pažeidžiamos, tad socialinio darbuotojo veikla su šia klientų grupe kelia nemažai sunkumų ir iššūkių. Šio tyrimo problema - kokius sunkumus patiria socialiniai darbuotojai dirbant su prekybos žmonėmis aukomis? Straipsnyje yra atskleidžiama socialinio darbuotojo patiriami socialiniai darbuotojai dirbant su prekybos žmonėmis aukomis. Atlikta mokslinės literatūros ir kokybinio tyrimo duomenų analizė. Tyrimo duomenų rinkimui buvo pasitelktas kokybinis tyrimas, taikant struktūruotą interviu. Tyrimo dalyvės – socialinės darbuotojos, dirbančios VŠĮ Kovos su prekyba žmonėmis bei išnaudojimu centre. Tyrimo duomenys atskleidė socialinių darbuotojų patiriamus sunkumus identifikuojant prekybos žmonėmis aukas, bei siūlant pagalbą, teikiant tarpininkavimo/ atstovavimo paslaugas su teisėtvarkos institucijomis bei bendradarbiaujant tarpinstituciniame lygmenyje, vykdant prevencinę veiklą. Šios tikslinės grupės nuomone, tinkamiausios priemonės padedančios mažinti patiriamus sunkumus: siekti, kad komandoje, teikiančioje pagalbą prekybos žmonėmis aukoms, atsirastų daugiau psichologų, tobulinti savo žinias apie krizės įveiką bei tobulinti informacijos reikalingos socialiniams darbuotojams apie prekybos žmonėmis aukas teikimo tvarką. Problem of the research: to determine the difficulties experienced by the social worker when working with victims of human trafficking. Subject of the research: difficulties experienced by the social worker when working with victims of human trafficking. Research ojectives: 1) To present the concept of the phenomenon of human trafficking; 2) Describe the process a social worker when working with victims of human trafficking; 3) To identify difficulties a social worker might encounter when working with victims of human trafficking. Research methodology and subjects: Analysis of scientific literature, documents, statutory data. Qualitative research using applied structured interviews was chosen to collect the necessary data for the study. The participants were five social workers who are working with victims of human trafficking. Empirical research results: revealed that social workers, when working with victims of human trafficking, experience difficulties in identifying the victim, offering them help, mediating between the client and law enforcement officers, achieving inter-institutional cooperation, carrying out preventive activities and communicating with persons in crisis. The difficulties in identifying victims of human trafficking arise when victims do not understand that they are being exploited. Due to their lack of confidence in themselves and others, they do not share their experiences, and because of the feelings of shame and guilt they feel, they may refuse the help offered.The difficulties in mediating between the client and law enforcement personnel arise from the insufficient assessment of the role of the social worker and the refusal of victims to testify. Due to non-sharing of information with social workers and the lack of knowledge of the institutions' employees regarding human trafficking, difficulties arise when trying to achieve inter-institutional cooperation. When conducting preventive activities, it is evident that society does not sufficiently appreciate the phenomenon of human trafficking and the importance of prevention. Due to the stressful work with individuals in crisis, there is a risk of experiencing professional burnout syndrome. In the opinion of the informants, more available psychological support for clients and employees, training on overcoming the crisis, and improving the procedure for providing information to social workers about victims of human trafficking would help to reduce the difficulties.
