Socialinio darbuotojo veiklos svarba dirbant slaugos ir palaikomojo gydymo ligoninėje

LTVisuomenė senėja, ko pasekoje auga poreikis slaugos ir palaikomojo gydymo ligoninių, socialinių darbuotojų, globos įstaigų, paliatyvios pagalbos teikėjų ir kitų socialines paslaugas teikiančių organizacijų. Tai neišvengiamas procesas, kuriame didelį vaidmenį atlieka socialinis darbuotojas, todėl gydymo įstaigose būtina socialinio darbuotojo veikla. Šio tyrimo problema – socialinio darbuotojo veiklos svarba dirbant slaugos ir palaikomojo gydymo ligoninėje.Tyrime atlikau mokslinės literatūros analizę ir empirinio tyrimo duomenų analizę. Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys dalys. Pirmoje dalyje apibūdinama slaugos ir palaikomojo gydymo ligoninės paslaugų gavėjų psichosocialinė charakteristika. Antroje dalyje atskleidžiau socialinio darbuotojo veiklą slaugos ir palaikomojo gydymo ligoninėje teisinės ir mokslinės literatūros analizės būdu. Trečioje dalyje atlikau kokybinį tyrimą, pateikiau tyrimo rezultatų analizę ir tyrimo išvados. Tyrimo dalį sudaro 8 poskyriai ir tyrimo refleksijos, išvados ir rekomendacijos.Tyrimo metu atsiskleidė socialinio darbuotojo veiklos svarba dirbant slaugos ir palaikomojo gydymo ligoninėje teikiant profesionalias socialines paslaugas. Pagrindinės socialinės paslaugos yra teikiamos bendrosios (informavimas, konsultavimas, tarpininkavimas ir atstovavimas ir kitos) ir specialiosios socialinės paslaugos (socialinių įgūdžių ugdymas, palaikymas ir (ar) atkūrimas). Conclusions: The importance of the activities of the social worker in the nursing and supportive treatment hospital is revealed through the coordination and provision of social services. The importance of information activities is revealed by providing the service recipient with information about the possibilities of obtaining the necessary social services. The importance of counseling activities is evident throughout the process, service recipients can feel safe because the social worker always listens and adjusts the services provided. The importance of mediation and representation activities is revealed when a social worker cooperates with other institutions to provide the necessary social services to service recipients, because the person himself cannot represent himself due to poor health. The importance of social skills rehabilitation activities in restoring lost connections with loved ones and society helps the service recipient gain selfconfidence and security. In cooperation with doctors, the social worker can change the social services or offer the service recipient another necessary institution. The social worker ensures the continuity of social services after the service recipient leaves the nursing and supportive care hospital.
