Apibūdinama tiekimo grandinės valdymo esmė, jos struktūra, aprūpinimo pagrindiniai bruožai, srautų planavimo procesai, sandėlių reikšmė ir produktų saugojimo organizavimas, bei paskirstymo planavimas, organizavimas, kontrolė ir reguliavimas, kurie padeda sėkmingai valdyti įmonės tiekimo grandinės valdymą. ENThis paper analyses supply chain managment tasks. Work objective – analyze supply chain. To achieve the objective was consider of these tasks: to analyze supply chain management theoretical aspect, analyze goods supply managment, analyze the company's warehousing management and analyze the company's transportation management. In theory part describes the essence of supply chain, its structure, supply main aspects, planning processes, stores value and storage products organization, and the imortance of transportation control and distribution monitoring, which helps to successfully manage the company's supply chain. In the end of the conclusions and recommendations are a summary of the importance of supply chain results of the company, which seeks to the best possibles, to be able to compete, grow and succed in today‘s market.
