Jaunimo užimtumo politika: reglamentavimas ir tobulinimo galimybės

LTJaunimo užimtumas – viena aktualiausių problemų ne tik Lietuvoje, bet ir visoje Europos Sąjungoje. Dėl didelio bedarbių, ypač jaunimo skaičiaus, užimtumo politika vis dažniau traktuojama kaip kertinis integracijos akmuo. Maždaug pusę su nedarbu susijusių problemų tenka spręsti pačioms ES šalių vyriausybėms – taigi užimtumo politiką visų pirmiausia kuria valstybės narės. Atsižvelgiant į tai, pateiktame straipsnyje autorė nagrinėja Lietuvos ir Europos Sąjungos jaunimo užimtumo politikos reguliavimą bei išskiria pagrindines nuostatas ir gaires, kuriomis remiantis jaunimo užimtumo politika yra formuojama ir įgyvendinama valstybėse narėse. Taip pat nagrinėjamos jaunimo užimtumo politikos priemonės ir sprendimo būdai, kuriais siekiama jaunimo integracijos į darbo rinką. Paskutinėje darbo dalyje, autorė atlieka SSGG analizę, jaunimo užimtumo politikos situacijai įvertinti. ENYouth unemployment – is one of the most pressing problems not only in Lithuania but also throughout the European Union. Due to the large number of unemployed youth, employment policies are increasingly seen as the cornerstone of a successful integration of developed countries stone. The aim of the article is to analyze the implementation of youth employment policy and possible solutions in Lithuania. First chapter defines conceptions of employment and labour market. Youth employment policy in Lithuania depends on the priorities of European basis second section analyses youth employment policy in European Union. The third chapter provides the analysis of youth employment policy regulations and priorities in national level in Lithuania. It also contains the analysis of youth employment policy measures which are currently under implementation in national level and which aim to integrate young people into the labour market. At the end of the article the author conducted a SWOT analysis of youth employment policies to assess the situation. However, the goal of Lithuania - the country's total employment of the population, but our country is not yet exhausted all of its measures to reduce unemployment opportunities.
