The company's profits are increasing, but it‘s advisable to further expand its range of services and to start working more with export cargo. It was noted that the company does not always plan its routes and more time should be invested in this. The company places particular emphasis on the importance of a detailed division of labour. However, there are cases of duplication of work, and it is suggested that more time should be devoted to a rigorous distribution of each job. It is also suggested that more staff should be recruited as the company is currently understaffed. The company's controls over the transport of goods are not deficient and are working well.
