LTStraipsnyje yra analizuojama sandėliavimo sistemos samprata ir sandara bei analizuojamos įmonės sandėliavimo sistemos ypatumai ir tobulinimo galimybės. Nagrinėjamos įmonės logistines paslaugas sudaro sandėliavimas, krovos darbai ir konsolidavimas. Atliktas tyrimas atskleidė analizuojamos įmonės problemines sritis sandėliavimo srityje, kuriomis remiantis buvo pateikiami pasiūlymai siekiant pagerinti įmonės veiklą. ENResearch problem - The main problems that arise in a poorly functioning warehousing system are: the use of inefficient systems, the complexity of retrieving goods, abundance of non-value-creating processes. In order to address these issues, it is important to improve the organisational and technological area of warehousing. Research aim - to analyse the options for improving the company's warehousing system. Research methods: Analysis of scientific literature, interviews, analysis of documents. Key results and conclusions. The study shows that the problem areas in the company's warehousing system are predominantly technological and organisational. In order to improve these aspects, the following technologies are recommended in the technological area: RFID, voice assistant technology and EDI system. In the organisational area, it is recommended to follow the Lean concept, to use ABC analysis for inventory layout and to use a yard management system.
