Studentų D tipo asmenybės sąsajos su stresogeninių situacijų įveikimo strategijomis

LTD tipo asmenybė yra siejamas su polinkiu sirgti .širdies ligomis (Denollet, 2005). D tipo asmenybė yra siejama su psichologiniu distresu (Schiffer ir kiti, 2005), bet tyrimų vertinančių D tipo sąsajas su streso įveikimu yra mažai - tiriamos D tipo sąsajos su streso įveikimu sergant IŠL (Yu ir kiti, 2011; Shanmugasegaram ir kiti, 2014) kuriuose D tipas siejamas su neadaptyviu streso įveikimu. Tyrimų kur būtų vertinamos D tipo sąsajos ir streso įveikimas ne klinikinėse grupėse aptikti nepavyko nors teigiama, kad tipo D asmenų streso įveikimas yra mažiau adaptyvus (Doering ir kt., 2004). Tyrime dalyvavo 217 studentų (115 vyrai ir 102 moterys) iš dviejų Lietuvos universitetų. Tiriamųjų amžiaus vidurkis - 20+2. Tyrime naudoti skalės: Tipo D skalė 14 (Type D scale 14, DS14, Denollet, 2005), Stresogeninių situacijų įveikimo klausimynas (Coping inventory for stressful situations (CISS) Endler ir Parker., 1990). D tipo asmenybė bei jos bruožas - socialinis uždarumas siejosi su retesniu į problemą orientuotu įveikimu, dažnesniu į emocijas orientuotu įveikimu. D tipo asmenybė bei jos bruožas neigiamas emocingumas siejosi su dažnesniu į emocijas orientuotu stresogeninių situacijų įveikimu.

ENType D is related su proneness to hearth diseases (Denollet, 2005). Type D also is related with psychological distress (Schiffer and others, 2005), but there's small amount of researches which investigate type D links with stress coping strategies — there's some research which investigate type D relations with stress in peoples with coronary heart disease (CHD) (Yu and others, 2011; Shanmugasegaram and others, 2014). This researches shows type D links with maladaptive stress coping strategies. Article author don't found researches where type D personality links with stress coping strategies in non-clinical samples would be explored, but some authors says that type D personality stress coping strategies would be less adaptive (Doering and others, 2004). Total 217 students (115 men's and 102 women's) from two Lithuania universities participated in study. Respondents mean age - 20 i 2. Research instruments (scales): Type D scale 14, DS14, Denollet, 2005) and Coping inventory for stressful situations (CISS) Endler and Parker., 1990). Results revealed that type D is related with lower usage of problem-focused coping style and frequently used emotion-focused coping style. Type D trait negative affectivity is related with frequently used emotion-focused coping style and type D trait social inhibition is related with lower usage of problem-focused coping style.
