Research aim. Analyze the management of container flow of „Klaipėdos konteinerių terminalas” Ltd. Analyze the theoretical aspect of cargo transportation by sea containers, it can be argued that a container is a strong metal box that protects the cargo from external factors. Intermodal transportation works well for transporting goods over long distances, in which case the duration of cargo transportation is reduced. After preliminary forecasting of container transshipment flows by linear forecasting method, container flows will increase.
