MB "Solarmina" klientų požiūris į socialinės atsakomybės vystymą

LTStraipsnyje analizuojama įmonių socialinė atsakomybė kaip viena svarbesnių iniciatyvų prisidėti prie socialinių, aplinkosauginių ir ekonominių problemų sprendimo. Keliamas tikslas: ištirti klientų požiūrį į socialinės atsakomybės vystymą MB "Solarmina" veikloje. Taikant anketinį apklausos metodą, atlikta MB "Solarmina" klientų apklausa, vertinant jų požiūrį į įmonės vykdomą socialiai atsakingą veiklą. Akcentuotina, kad įmonė yra ganėtinai nauja rinkoje, tačiau savo vykdoma veikla tiesiogiai prisideda prie socialinės atsakomybės vystymo. Atlikta įmonės klientų apklausta atskleidė, jog klientai, rinkdamiesi įmonės siūlomas prekes/paslaugas, atsižvelgia į vykdomą socialinę veiklą, tokia įmone pasitiki labiau. Klientams svarbu, jog įmonė ne tik tiektų kokybiškas prekes/paslaugas ar didelį dėmesį skirtų jiems, bet ir prisidėtų prie kylančių aplinkosauginių bei socialinių problemų sprendimo. ENThe article analyses corporate social responsibility as one of the most important initiatives to contribute to solving social, environmental, and economic problems. The purpose is to investigate the position of company’s customers towards the development of social responsibility in the activities of MB "Solarmina". Applying the questionnaire survey method, a survey of MB "Solarmina" customers was conducted, assessing their position towards the company's socially responsible activities. 40 clients of the company took part in the survey, who gave their opinion about the importance and benefits of socially responsible activities implemented by the company, as well as the problems that arise in the context of social responsibility. The conducted survey of the company's customers revealed that when choosing the goods/services offered by the company, customers consider the social activities carried out, they trust such a company more than the others. It is important for customers that the company not only supplies quality goods/services or pays great attention to them, but also contributes to the solution of emerging environmental and social problems.
