Lyderio veiklos metodų modeliavimas ir taikymas ne pelno siekiančioje asociacijoje "Leadership Network"

LTStraipsnyje autorės analizuoja mokslinius ir populiariuosius literatūros šaltinius, siekiant pateikti lyderio veiklos metodų taikymo siūlymus ne pelno siekiančioje asociacijoje „Leadership Network“. Darbe pasitelkiant stebėjimo metodą įžvelgiamos organizacijoje kylančios problemos, analizuojami veiklos aspektai ir kompetencijos būdingi ne pelno siekiančių organizacijų lyderiams. Vėliau analitiškai aprašomi konkretūs lyderio veiklos metodai, leidžiantys spręsti iškeltas problemas, nurodant pasirinktų metodų taikymo principus „Leadership Network” organizacijos kontekste. Autorės remiasi moksliniais tyrimais, aprašytais Austin M. J., Regan K., Samples M. W., Schwartz S. L., Harrison Y. D, Murray V. Carnochan S. autorių moksliniuose straipsniuose bei Hiebert M., Klatt B. knyga „The encyclopedia of leadership: a practical guide to popular leadership theories and techniques”.

ENThe article analyses leader activity methods which are applied to solve problems arising in non-profit organisations. Intention to help a leader to solve problems faced in the association has become a stimulus to write this article where the authors are analysing scientific and the popular literature sources in order to model activity methods of a president (a leader) in non-profit association „Leadership Network“. The problems occuring in the organisation, the competence of a leader as well as operational aspects are presented. Furthermore, the specific leader„s operational methods which allow to solve the raised problems pointing out application of the principles of these methods in the context of „Leadership Network“organisation are analytically described. The authors refer to the scientific researches which have been described in the scientific articles written by Austin M. J., Regan K., Samples M. W., Schwartz S. L., Harrison Y. D, Murray V. Carnochan S. and also Hiebert M., Klatt B. book „The Encyclopedia Of Leadership: A Practical Guide To Popular Leadership Theories And Techniques“.
