LTStraipsnyje siekiama atskleisti kolegialaus dalijimosi gerąja patirtimi daromą įtaką ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų bendradarbiavimo kultūros puoselėjimui bei ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų profesiniam augimui. Gilinamasi į ugdymo proceso tobulinimo galimybes per pedagogų kolegialų dalijimąsi gerąja patirtimi. Atlikta 60-ies ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų anketinė apklausa, kurios rezultatų analizė atskleidė, kad kolegialus dalijimasis gerąja patirtimi prisideda prie bendradarbiavimo kultūros įstaigoje kūrimo, profesinio tobulėjimo bei ikimokyklinio ugdymo kokybės augimo. ENThe article aims to reveal the impact of collegial sharing of good practice on fostering a culture of co-operation between pre-school teachers, and how collegial sharing of good practice affects the professional growth of pre-school teachers and analyzes the opportunities to improve the educational process of pre-school teachers. An empirical quantitative research-survey was conducted to investigate the sharing of collegial experience among preschool educators. Research object: collegial sharing of good practice between pre - school teachers. Research aim: to analyze the collegial sharing of good practice between pre-school education teachers. Research methods: analysis of scientific literature, analysis of documents, written survey (questionnaire), statistical analysis of data. Conclusions. 1. Collegial empowerment of good practices influences the culture of cooperation of pre-school education teachers, is also one of the factors determining the quality of pre-school education, as well as ways of professional development. 2. Empirical research reveals that pre-school educators participating in the study see the sharing of good practice as an opportunity for professional development. Most of the pre-school teachers surveyed believe that collegial sharing of good practice determines the quality of the educational process. The obtained research data confirm the aspects analyzed in the theoretical part that the collegial sharing of good practice promotes the cooperation of pre-school education teachers.
