LTStraipsnyje yra analizuojama logistinių paslaugų samprata, organizavimo ir kontroliavimo ypatumai bei UAB „Baltic Shipping Centre“ įmonės logistinės paslaugos. Analizuojamas įmonės atliekamų logistinių paslaugų organizavimas ir kontroliavimas bei teikiamos logistinės paslaugos – transportavimas ir sandėliavimas. Atliktas tyrimas parodė įmonės „Baltic Shipping Centre“ stiprybes ir silpnybes, pagal tyrimo duomenis pateikiami pasiūlymai gerinti įmonės logistinių paslaugų teikimą. ENResearch aim – to analyse the logistics services of UAB “Baltic Shipping Centre”. It is for this reason that it is important for companies to improve the features of service organization and their quality, and to analyse the mistakes made and the customer's needs. Research methods. A semi-structured interview, - interviewed 3 employees of the company. For the monitoring method - a group of employees of the analysed company. Analysis of company documents. Results and conclusions. The analysis of the study showed that the company analyses existing customers, which helps to form an action plan to retain old customers and discover new ones. Much attention is paid to organization, and the most important aspects in organizing logistics services are activity, diligence and professionalism.
