Ugdymo įstaigos apskaitos ypatumai
LTŠiuolaikinėje visuomenėje mokyklos, kuri suteikia esminius gyvenimo pamatus jauniems piliečiams, vaidmuo yra itin svarbus. Ji ugdo žingeidžią, tolerantišką, humanišką, pilietišką asmenybę, suvokiančią savo tautinę tapatybę, gerbiančią ir puoselėjančią vietos papročius ir tradicijas. Teisingi yra filosofo Humboldto žodžiai, jog tai, ką norima įvesti į gyvenimą, reikia pirma įvesti į mokyklą. Tačiau neretai iškyla klausimas, ar pakanka mokymo įstaigoms skiriamų valstybės lėšų užtikrinti pilnavertį jaunų žmonių ugdymą bei ar skiriamos lėšos yra išnaudojamos tinkamai. Šio straipsnio tikslas – išanalizuoti ugdymo įstaigos buhalterinės apskaitos organizavimą, ugdymo įstaigos gaunamą finansavimą bei lėšų paskirstymo ypatumus. Tyrimo pagrindą sudaro Alytaus rajono Simno gimnazijos finansinių ataskaitų duomenys, kurių pagrindu įvertinama įstaigos finansinė padėtis, ugdymo procesui gaunamo finansavimo panaudojimas.
ENToday, our society, and the school is changing rapidly. It is constantly looking for new ways to implement the main goal - to develop an independent, already at school creatively revealing personality. However, it is very important and the fact that accounting is properly maintained as funding received is not always sufficient for an effective educational institution. So it must be able to rationally allocate resources, and ensuring the quality of young people education and the right conditions for teachers to improve. Purpose of this article - to examine educational institutions accounting organization received funding and allocation characteristics based on Alytus region Simnas gymnasium financial statements. First of all accounting procedures for developing are discussed in educational institution. The accountants manage accounts in gymnasium which is approved by the Director. The other part of the funding comes from the municipal fund and used for other spending. At the end, conducted cost analysis of educational institution showed that most of the funding is allocated for salaries and social insurance. At least - teacher training. So it can be concluded that the higher financing for educational institution could provide wider opportunities for young people to develop and provide opportunities for teachers qualifications.
