Slaugytojo vaidmuo organizuojant ir vykdant profilaktinius vaikų sveikatos tikrinimus

LTLietuvos statistikos departamento duomenimis, Lietuvoje 2020 m. net 16 proc. kūdikių pirmais gyvenimo metais nebuvo apžiūrėti šeimos gydytojo profilaktiškai, o tai yra didelė problema, nes kiekvieno vaiko sveikata turi įtakos visos bendruomenės ir visuomenės ekonominei, socialinei gerovei. Dažnai pasikartojančios lengvos infekcijos, lėtinės ligos turi įtakos vaiko raidai – ilgalaikėje perspektyvoje bendrai vaiko gerovei, taigi dėl šios priežasties yra labai svarbu užtikrinti kokybiškus vaiko sveikatos bei raidos profilaktinius patikrinimus (Prasauskienė, Rudaitienė, 2022). ENThe nurse’s role in child health care is no less important than that of the general practitioner. With general reforms in healthcare, a nurse is given new roles and the modern nurse is a professional who, depending on the professional qualifications and field of activity, must demonstrate a wide range of knowledge - psychological, social, educational, managerial, etc. The aim of the research is to determine the nurse's role in organising and conducting preventive health screening for children. The situation of the problem to be solved and the research methodology: with the growing number of responsibilities nurses have, the number of roles that they have to fill in their activities increases accordingly. In order to effectively conduct the nursing process, it is important to analyse the roles of nurses and the circumstances surrounding them. A questionnaire survey was conducted as part of this study - the questionnaire was prepared by the author of the study, which was prepared on the basis of a review of the scientific literature. The survey was conducted by interviewing general practice nurses who perform preventive health screening for children, the survey was conducted in the system www.apklausa.lt . Statistical analysis was performed to analyse the research data. The practical significance and applications of this paper are based on the insights by general practitioner nurses and other healthcare professionals who carry out preventative screening of children that will be gained after familiarisation with the research results and therefore they will be able to apply it in their professional activities.
