Laisvųjų ekonominių zonų kūrimo problemos

LTŠiame darbe, “Laisvųjų ekonominiu zonų kūrimo problemos“, tiriami pagrindiniai lisvųjų ekonominių zonų funkcionavimo teoriniai ir praktiniai aspektai, tikslinama sąvoka “laisvoji ekonominė zona“, atskleidžiami laisvųjų ekonominių zonų kūrimo ir plėtros teoriniai pagrindai, išanalizuoti pagrindiniai laisvųjų ekonominių zonų atsiradimo ir raidos momentai istoriniu ir geografiniu aspektu, taip pat pateikta pasaulyje veikiančių laisvųjų ekonominių zonų klasifikacija, ištirti veiksniai, turintys didžiausią įtaką LEZ steigimui ir sėkmingam funkcionavimui, išanalizuota teisinės, geopolitinės, investicinės, ekonominės, demografinės, konkurencinės aplinkos įtaka LEZ steigimui ir sėkmingam funkcionavimui. Išanalizuoti ir palyginti Lietuvoje steigiamų laisvųjų ekonominių zonų projektai, parengtos laisvųjų ekonominių zonų steigimo ir plėtros galimybių bei perspektyvų Lietuvoje rekomendacijos.

ENIn the work “Problems of the Creation of Free Economic Zone”, the main theoretical and practical aspects of the functioning of free economic zones are analyzed, a concept “free economic zone” is specified, theoretic fundamentals of creating and developing free economic zones are revealed, the main moments of origin and development of free economic zones are analyzed in historical and geographical aspects, the classification of free economic zones functioning in the world is presented, the factors that have the biggest influence on the establishment of FEZs and their successful functioning are analyzed, and the influence of legal, geopolitical, investment, economical, demographical and competitive environment on the establishment of FEZs and their successful functioning is analyzed. The projects of free economic zones that are being established in Lithuania are analyzed and compared, and the recommendations for the establishment of free economic zones as well as development opportunities and perspectives in Lithuania are prepared.
