ENThis article contains research, which was aimed to examine if and how regularity (trend, tendency) regarding permanent enlargement (growing) of government sector discovered in scientists‘ V. Obrazcovas, E. S. Savas and E. E. Jančiauskas monograph was present in Lithuania between 1919 and 2013, measuring it by the number of public government sector units (or to be more specific – by the number of administrative-territorial units of a state).
