Etnokultūrinis ugdymas ir jo galimybės pradinėje mokykloje : disertacija

LTŠių dienų Lietuvoje vykstant švietimo reformai, sudarytos sąlygos į mokyklas sugrąžinti etninę kultūrą. Tai labai atsakingas žingsnis švietimo sistemoje, nes jis reikalauja rasti tinkamiausius būdus, kaip pristatyti etninę kultūrą moksleiviams, atsižvelgiant į jų fizines ir psichines galimybes, jį supančią sociokultūrinę aplinką. Lietuvai aktualus etninės ir visuotinės kultūros santykis interiorizuojant kitų kultūrų vertybes į etninės kultūros branduolį. Etnokultūrinis ugdymas, grindžiamas visa etninės kultūros sistema, šioje situacijoje gali suvaidinti svarbų vaidmenį. Disertacijos tyrimo objektas – pradinių klasių mokinių etnokultūrinio ugdymo procesas. Tyrimo tikslas – išanalizuoti etnokultūrinio ugdymo, formuojant mokinių tautinį identitetą, turinį bei jo realizavimo pedagogines galimybes, išskiriant kalendorines šventes kaip kompleksinę ir lengviausiai įsisavinamą etnokultūrinio ugdymo formą pradinėje mokykloje. Aptariamos etninės kultūros, etnokultūrinių vertybių, etnokultūrinio ugdymo sąvokos. Pagrindiniai disertacijos metodologiniai ramsčiai – humanistinės psichologijos ir filosofijos idėjos. Autorė pabrėžia etnokultūrinį ugdymą, kaip vientisą procesą, per kurį perduodama etninės bendrijos sukaupta patirtis, pagrįsta etninės kultūros vertybine sistema, kuri padeda asmenybei visapusiškai atsiskleisti, įgyti žinių, susiformuoti įgūdžiams, išsiugdyti vertybines nuostatas. Etnokultūrinio ugdymo samprata darbe atskleidžiama vertybiniu, integraciniu, sociokultūriniu bei permanentiniu aspektais. ENAmid the education reform in Lithuania, ethnic culture can be brought back to schools of general education. It is a very responsible step in the education system because it requires finding the most suitable ways of presenting the ethnic culture to students considering their physical and mental capacities and their socio-cultural environment. The importance of the relation between ethnic and general culture lies in the interiorising of values of other cultures into the core of the ethnic culture of Lithuania. Ethno-cultural education based on entire system of ethnic culture can play a key role in this situation. The research object of the dissertation is the process of ethno-cultural education in elementary classes. The aim of the research is to analyse the content of ethno-cultural education in the formation of students’ ethnic identity and pedagogical possibilities of realisation, with a focus on holidays as integrated and the easiest-to-remember form of ethno-cultural education in elementary school. Concepts of ethnic culture, ethno-cultural values and ethno-cultural education are discussed. The main methodological anchors of the dissertation lie in ides of humanistic psychology and philosophy. The author underscores ethno-cultural education as a solid process that hands over the experience accumulated by an ethnic community, which is based on the value system of ethnic culture and which assists a personality to reveal itself, acquire knowledge, form skills and develop value beliefs. The concept of ethno-cultural education is revealed by value, integration, socio-cultural and permanent factors. Practical recommendations are made to teachers of elementary schools.
