Summary / Abstract:

LT2004 m. žvalgymų tikslas - naujų objektų paieška, jų lokalizavimas ir kartografavimas bei kai kurių žinomų objektų žvalgymas, tikslesnis jų teritorijos nustatymas, taip pat atrinkti objektus detalių planų sudarymui [p. 288].

ENIn 2004 VU and KM surveyed ancient agricultural fields in the Kretinga and Skuodas districts. The surveys pursued the following goals: finding new sites, their localisation and mapping, survey of some established sites and identification of their territories. In Kretinga district the expedition found 3 new sites. These were ancient agricultural fields of Barkeliai, Vaineikiai and Igariai. A small part of the Igariai agricultural fields stretched into the Skuodas district territory. In the Skuodas district new ancient agricultural fields of Šilalė were found which used to form one complex with the previously discovered fields on the other side of the road.
