Žvalgomieji tyrinėjimai Bokšto g. 16

LT2004 m. pastato Bokšto g. 16 kiemo ŠV kampe iškastas 3,06 m2 ploto žvalgomasis šurfas, tyrinėta iki 1,6 m storio kultūrinio sluoksnio dalis [p. 262].

ENIn 2004 in the north-western corner of the yard of the building at the Bokšto Str. 16 (Vilnius) one test pit with an area of 3.06 m2 was excavated. A 1.6 m thick fragment of the cultural layer was investigated. The cultural layer discovered dated to the 17th century. It contained a lot of finds: shards of the 17th century pottery and stove-tiles, silver and copper coins of the 17th century, a Dutch tobacco-pipe fragment, a lead tag, a mounting, a lead bullet and a belt buckle fragment. At the depth of 1.6 m there was the 17th century pavement with a duct. It was left undisturbed, because further archaeological investigations of the site are planned to be performed in the future.
