XVI-XVII amžiaus Lietuvos Didžiosios Kunigaikštystės biografistika : disertacija

LTPlačioje su biografijos žanru susijusioje problematikoje išskirtini šie pagrindiniai klausimai, į kuriuos siekiama atsakyti disertacijoje: biografistikos žanrinis savitumas ir santykis su kitais žanrais, pagrindinės biografijų literatūrinės formos ir jų raida, antikinės tradicijos atspindžiai ir naujų europinės biografistikos tendencijų pritaikymas XVI-XVIII a. LDK biografistikoje, atskirų kūrinių meninės ypatybės, juose užfiksuoti gyvenimo bei elgesio modeliai. Šio tyrinėjimo objektas – visų pirma tie mus pasiekę LDK rašytiniai paminklai, kuriuos galima apibrėžti kaip literatūrines biografijas, arba bent artimai susiję su šiuo žanru, nes į pasirinktų kūrinių grupę, visų pirma, žvelgiama kaip į atskiro literatūros žanro buvimo senojoje Lietuvos literatūroje žymę. Atskiro žanro veikalais juos leidžia laikyti Antikoje gavusi pradžią ir tyrinėjamose chronologinėse ribose Europoje gyvavusi, net klestėjusi, žanrinė tradicija. Disertaciją sudaro įvadas, trys dalys, išvados, XVI-XVII a. Lietuvos Didžiosios kunigaikštystės biografinių kūrinių sąrašas, literatūros sąrašas. Pagrindinių darbo dalių struktūrą lėmė tai, kad chronologinis aprašomasis dėstymo principas (išlikę šaltiniai analizuojami išlaikant chronologinį nuoseklumą) buvo derinamas su probleminiu bei tipologiniu principu. Pirmoje dalyje apžvelgiama žanro raida Europoje nuo Antikos iki Naujųjų laikų. Antroje dalyje aptariama biografinė kūryba LDK XVI a. literatūroje, analizuojamos biografijos santykių su kitais žanrais problemos.

ENExtensive field of research on biographic studies contains the following main questions, addressed in the doctoral thesis: specific nature of the genre of biographic studies and its relations with other genres, main forms of biographic literature and their evolution, reflections of the Antique tradition and application of new European trends in biographic studies of XVI-XVIII c. GDL, artistic features of particular works, lifestyles and behavior patterns recorded in these works. The goal of this research is literary monuments of GDL that reached us and which can be defined as literary biographies or, at least, are closely related with this genre, because the group of selected works is seen, first of all, as a sign of the presence of a distinct literary genre in the old Lithuanian literature. These works can be treated as belonging to a separate genre, whose origins lie in the Antiquity and which was present, even flourished, throughout Europe during the studied period. The doctoral thesis consist of introduction, three chapters, conclusions, the list of XVI-XVII c. Grand Duchy of Lithuania biographic works, literature list. The structure of main chapters reflects the fact that chronological, descriptive principle (remaining sources are analyzed in chronological sequence) was reconciled with problemic and typological principles. The first chapter reviews evolution of the genre in Europe from the Antiquity to the New Times. The second chapter discusses biographic works in GDL XVI c. literature; the author analyzes the problems of relation between biography and other genres.
