LT2006 m. buvo tęsiami Luokesų polinės gyvenvietės II povandeniniai archeologiniai tyrimai. Iš viso 2006 m. ištirtas 16 m² plotas [p. 501].
ENThe investigation of the Lake Luokesai (Molėtai Dist.) pile settlement continued in 2006 with the excavation of 3 trenches (with a total area of 16 m²). No archaeological finds were collected. The area excavated in 2006 exposed the last part of a well-preserved platform with piles, cross-beams, and worked planks still in situ, which reveal the elaborate method of its construction. An archaeological experiment was conducted during the expedition.
