Kaimaviečių ir dvarviečių žvalgymai Joniškio rajone

LTĮvairių ekspedicijų, išvykų metu, taip pat patikrinus gyventojų suteiktą informaciją, 2004–2006 m. Joniškio r. rastos naujos XVI–XVIII a. kaimavietės ir dvarvietės Balkaičiuose, Dilbinuose, Pavirčiuvėje, Ročkiuose [p. 490].

ENIn 2004–2006 new 16th–18th century (based on the collected pottery) village sites were found in Balkaičiai, Ročkiai, and Dilbinai and new manor sites in Pavirčiuvė and Dilbinai (?) (Joniškis Dist.) It can be stated that it is possible to determine the location of a large part of the 16th–17th village sites that have survived or were destroyed in the 2nd half of the 20th century during improvements at street village locations. The determination of their location and chronology is facilitated by the old cemeteries dating to the early Modern Age that are located nearby and the stones with conical bottom basins that are found in the villages.
