Vainežerio dvaro sodyba

LT2006 m. archeologinių tyrimų metu buvo ištirtas 258 m2 plotas. Tyrimų metu nustatyta, kad pagrindinė rūmų pastato dalis buvo stačiakampio formos, 11 x 28 m dydžio, su dviem fligeliais. Tyrimų metu atidengti du pagrindinio rūmų pastato fligeliai (10 x 9 m dydžio) ir juos jungianti stačiakampio formos pastato dalies išorinė siena. Rūmų fligeliuose, kiekviename iš jų, aptiktos 3 patalpos – du rūsiai ir pirmojo aukšto patalpos. Rūmų rūsiai pereinami, juose fiksuotos nišos, langų ir durų angos. Tirtoje teritorijoje, daugiausia rūsiuose surinkta nemažai radinių, kurie gali būti datuojami XIX–XX a [p. 211-212].

ENVainežeris estate (Lazdijai Dist.) is connected with Captain Emilija Pliaterytė (1806–1831), honorary commander of the 1st Company of the 25th Infantry Regiment and an uprising participant, who was nursed and later died there in 1831. She is buried in the old Kapčiamiestis cemetery. An area of 258 m2 was excavated during excavations in 2006. During them it was established that the main part of the manor house was rectangular. The two annexes (10 x 9 m in size) of the main manor house and the connecting part of the exterior wall of the rectangular building were excavated. 19th–20th century finds: household pottery sherds and the remains of interior design elements, glass bottles, tableware, decorative elements, and cartridges were collected in the excavated territory (mostly in the basements). Another manor site, dating to the 17th–18th century judging from the finds, was found on the E shore of Lake Vainežeris, which is in the SE corner of the estate park. A 10 m2 area was excavated here and a fragment of a former building as well as the embankment and ditch that surrounded the manor were discovered.
