Tyrimai Muziejaus gatvėje 2021 m

LT2021 m. Zapyškio seniūnijos užsakymu Zapyškyje (Kauno r.), Muziejaus gatvės pradžioje, Nemuno kairiajame krante, bus vykdomi infocentro statybos ir kitos paskirties inžinerinio statinio - kelio įrengimo darbai, jų vietoje buvo atlikti archeologiniai tyrimai [p. 436].

ENThe 2021 investigation (excavation of 88 m2, survey of 505 m2) at the site of a planned infocentro and utility lines in Zapyškis (Kaunas District, Central Lithuania) revealed a 17th-18th-century cultural layer, which began at a depth of 50-80 cm, a late 1st-millennium bc - early ad 1st-millennium sherd cluster, and contemporaneous sunken structures connected with the area’s wooden structures. The survey recorded only layers of fluvial sand containing 20th-21st-century finds.
