Žygimantų gatvė 3

LT2022 m. gegužę-lapkritį atlikti detalieji tyrimai ir žvalgymai sklype Žygimantų g. 3, Vilniuje, Jono Juozapo Tiškevičiaus rūmų viduje ir jų aplinkoje. Tirta vieta patenka į buvusią Radvilų rezidencijos Puškarnioje ir Vilniaus senojo miesto ir priemiesčių archeologinės vietovės (UK 25504) teritoriją. Aptariamos vietovės išsami istorinių duomenų ir archeologinių tyrimų apžvalga pateikta 2017-2018, 2019 ir 2021 m. atliktų tyrimų straipsniuose (ATL 2017 metais, 2018, p. 231-236; ATL 2019 metais, 2020, p. 354-356; ATL 2021 metais, 2021, p. 217-223). 2022 m. tyrimai ir žvalgymai vyko dviem etapais, tirtas bendras 437,45 m2 plotas. Pirmame etape vykdyti žvalgymai esamų rūmų rūsio patalpose, šalia rūmų pamatų nuo Žygimantų gatvės pusės ir rūmų vidiniame kieme. Iš viso žvalgytas bendras 414,7 m2 plotas [p. 420].

ENIn 2022, detailed excavations and surveys were carried out at 3 Žygimantų St., inside and around the Jonas Juozapas Tiškevičius Palace, covering a total area of 437.45 m2. The survey recorded an archaeological layer 0.3-2.6 m thick, formed from the 19th to the beginning of the 21st century. Fragments of the foundations of the “cross” wing of the palace that was situated in the territory of the Radvila residence dating to the 16th and 17th centuries were uncovered in the basement of the existing palace and in the vicinity of the foundations. The layout of the masonry provides a partial indication of the former layout of this building. Meanwhile, the detailed excavation comprised two trenches measuring 22.75 m2 in total. An archaeological layer dating from the 18th to the early 21st centuries was recorded, ranging around 1.2-2.5 m in thickness. Its lower horizon was formed in the 18th century. A total of 115 finds were collected: sherds of household pottery from the 16th to 20th centuries; stove tile fragments from the 16th to the 19th centuries; metalwork and glassware from the 17th to the 19th centuries; and 10 coins from the 17th to the 20th centuries.
