Žinių valdymo tobulinimas audito įmonėje

LTStraipsnio tiriamoji problema – kaip patobulinti žinių valdymą audito įmonėje. Objektas – žinių valdymas audito įmonėje. Tikslas – pateikti sprendimus žinių valdymo tobulinimui audito įmonei. Sprendžiami uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti žinių valdymo koncepciją, jos apraiškų įvairovę ir esminius žinių valdymo sėkmę organizacijoje lemiančius veiksnius. 2. Empiriniu tyrimu įvertinti žinių valdymo apraiškas audito įmonėje. 3. Pagrįsti audito įmonės žinių valdymo tobulinimo sprendimus. Tyrimo metodai: • mokslinės literatūros ir internetinių šaltinių analizė. Vadovaujantis šiuo tyrimo metodu darbe atlikta Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių pateiktos informacijos bei jau atliktų tyrimų analizė; • kokybinis ir kiekybinis tyrimas. Pasirinktas pusiau struktūrizuoto interviu metodas įgalintis tyrėją gauti reikiamą informaciją apie tiriamą reiškinį iš tiriamos įmonės atstovo ir anketinė darbuotojų apklausa; • vadovaujantis šiuo tyrimu, susisteminti kokybinio ir kiekybinio tyrimo rezultatai; • lyginamoji analizė. Vadovaujantis šiuo tyrimo metodu lyginami informanto ir respondentų pateikta informacija apie tiriamą reiškinį [p. 30].

ENThe purpose of this paper is to provide solutions for the improvement of knowledge management in a selected audit firm by analysing the theoretical aspects of knowledge management and conducting an empirical study. The problem of the research: how to improve knowledge management in an audit firm? The object of the research: is knowledge management in an audit firm. The aim of the research is to provide solutions for improving knowledge management in an audit firm. The first part of the paper provides a theoretical analysis of knowledge management and the factors involved. It examines the formation and benefits of knowledge management for organisations, best practices and success factors, barriers and opportunities for implementation. It also presents the types of knowledge and their relevance to the synergy between employees and knowledge. The second part of the paper analyses the situation of the auditing firm under study, assessing the current effectiveness of knowledge management and eliminating problems, and analyses the results of the empirical study. The quantitative study involved 68 respondents working in the organisation under study and the qualitative study involved 1 company representative. The study found that knowledge management in the organisation is not sufficiently effective due to the lack of utilisation of knowledge held by employees and the lack of an effective knowledge sharing system. At the end, solutions for improving the knowledge management of the researched organization are presented, which can help the organization to improve the effectiveness of knowledge management in the organization.
