Karmėlavos Šv. Onos bažnyčios šventoriaus tvora

LT2022 m. liepą Karmėlavos Šv. Onos bažnyčios (Kauno r., Karmėlavos sen.) šventoriaus tvoros su vartais teritorijos P dalyje ir už jos saugomos P teritorijos ribų, prieš vykdant bet kokius su šios dalies tvoros tvarkyba susijusius žemės kasimo darbus, buvo atlikti nedidelės apimties žvalgomieji tyrimai. Bendras šventoriaus plotas 2800 m2, ją juosiančios tvoros bendras ilgis - 204 m [p. 250].

ENThe July 2022 field evaluation (12 m2 excavated) in the S part of the churchyard fence, together with the gate, of the Karmėlava Church of St Anne determined that 17th-20th-century cultural layers up to 70-80 cm thick overall and containing contemporaneous finds had formed above the sterile soil on both sides of the churchyard’s S fence. Three 19th-20th-century burials were discovered at a depth of 1.45-1.9 m in the sterile soil and a 4.2 m x 60 cm fragment of the first half of the 19th-century churchyard belltower was found in the trench.
