ENIn 2022, archaeological excavation was carried out at the site of Punžonys Manor (eastern Lithuania, Vilnius district) prior to the start of the installation of water supply lines and a domestic sewage system. The manor was first mentioned in 1567. Later, the manor belonged to the Radziwiłł family and the Baliński family. The last owners were the Konarzewski family. A total of 15 test pits were excavated, covering an area of 23.25 m2. A 16th-17th-century archaeological layer 0.4-1.1 m thick with finds typical of the period was noted only in test pit 15, located adjacent to the former servants’ quarters of the manor.
