Kruonio dvarvietė

LTKruonio miestelyje (Kaišiadorių r., Kruonio sen.), sklype Slavų g. 11, planuojamo naujo pagalbinio ūkinio pastato statybos vietoje buvo atlikti detalieji tyrimai. Tyrimų metu ištirta viena 4,5 x 3,5 m dydžio perkasa (15,75 m2) [p. 193].

ENIn 2022, a single trench (total area of 15.75 m2) was excavated at the Kruonis Manor site, located at 11 Slavų St. (Kaišiadorys district). A stone foundation bound with brick rubble and lime mortar was discovered at a depth of approx. 50 cm (Habs = 117.03 m). The foundation should be dated to the 19th century, since the building itself must have been built after the Napoleonic wars with Russia in 1812. A 15-30 cm thick, dark grey sand layer was recorded under the foundations, and it contained 16th-17th-century potsherds that are likely associated with Kruonis Manor.
