EN1400 m2 were surveyed at the intersection of K. Kalinausko and J. Basanavičiaus Sts. The earthwork was begun prior to the investigation. A 3.3–4.2 m thick cultural layer dating to the late 19th – early 20th century was noted. Fragments of building foundations and stoves dating to the late 19th – early 20th century were discovered. Finds characteristic of the late 16th–20th century were found. 172 m2 were surveyed at the site of trenches dug at Kalvarijų St. 2. A destroyed cultural layer from the second half of the 17th–20th century was recorded. Isolated human bones from destroyed graves dating to the second half of the 17th century were discovered. The remains of a structure from the second half of the 18th – mid-19th century were found. Sherds of 17th–18th century stove tiles and household pottery were discovered. It is thought that the stove tiles could have been manufactured at this site.
