LT2008 m. kovo mėn. APC "Antiqua“ vykdė archeologinius tyrinėjimus Vilniuje, S. Daukanto aikštėje 1, Bonifratrų vienuolyno statinių ansamblio (objekto unikalus kodas 1072) teritorijoje. Archeologiniai tyrinėjimai vykdyti vidiniame vienuolyno kieme, į nuo buvusio refektoriumo pastato, lietaus ir naujos buitinių nuotekų kanalizacijos atšakos tiesimo vietoje. Tyrinėtas apie 95 m2 plotas [p. 289].

ENIn 2008 an excavation (a total area of 95 m2) was conducted on the grounds of the monastery complex of the Hospitaller Brothers of St. John of God (Lat. Ordo Hospitalarius Sancti Ioannis de Deo) at S. Daukanto quare 1, Vilnius. Fragments of the foundation of the demolished N part of the refectory building (from the first half of the 18th century) were discovered in the N part of the investigated courtyard. Wooden constructions (sewerage wells and channels) dating to the 17th – early 18th century were also discovered. The cultural layer was 2.6 m thick. The jumbled horizons of the cultural layer were recorded to a depth of up to 1.5 m. The lower horizons of the layer date to the second half of the 16th–17th centuries.
