Kruonio dvarvietė

LT2008 m. tyrinėjimų tikslas buvo surasti dvaro rūmų priestato rūsio V sieną, ir tęsti nuolat ardomo kultūrinio sluoksnio žvalgomuosius tyrinėjimus dvarvietės PV dalyje. Čia buvo iškastos 9 perkasos ištiriant bendrą 44 m2 plotą. Papildomai privačiame sklype, kuriame buvo iškasta 25 m ilgio tranšėja ir 3 m skersmens duobė vandens valymo įrenginiams, žvalgytas apie 22 m2 plotas. Bendras 2008 m. Kruonio dvarvietėje tyrinėtas plotas yra 66 m2 [p. 264].

ENIn 2008, nine trenches (a total area of 66 m2) were excavated at the Kruonis manor site (Kaišiadorys District). The W end of the wing basement was found at the site of the remains of the manor house. ‘Pot-shaped’ (Topfkachel) and flat stove tiles and vessel sherds dating to the 16th–17th centuries were collected in the fill from the dismantled foundation. Eight trenches were excavated in the SW part of the manor site, where there exists a 15–50 cm thick cultural layer of grey humus, which contained finds from the turn of the 16th century to the 19th century. A 40–60 cm thick 17th–19th-century cultural layer with contemporary pottery was recorded at the site of a 25 m long ditch that was dug arbitrarily.
