LTIš viso Svidžių senkapyje ištirtas 52,5 m2 plotas, aptikti 3 kapai su archeologiniais radiniais bei dar 2 kapų duobių (besitęsiančių PV kryptimi už ištirto ploto ribų) galai, rodantys, jog toje vietoje yra senkapis [p. 165].
EN52.5 m2 were excavated in Svidžiai old cemetery (Zarasai District) and three graves with finds discovered (those of a male, a child, and an individual of undetermined sex) as well as the ends of another two grave pits extending beyond the boundaries of the excavated area. According to the grave goods discovered in the graves: two coins (one of which is a Lithuanian Alexander (1492–1506) silver coin, the other undetermined), a knife, a buckle, a wallet fitting, and a handmade nail, the graves should be dated to the 16th–17th centuries. The surviving remains of Svidžiai old cemetery (around 35 x 12–20 m) need to be protected.
