Luokesų ežero polinė gyvenvietė I

LTLuokesų polinė gyvenvietė I aptikta 2000 m. žvalgant Luokesų ežero (Molėtų r.) Š krantą. Archeologinių tyrimų metu inventorizuoti išlikę poliai, iškelti surasti archeologiniai radiniai (žr. ATL 2000 metais, V., 2002, p. 229–231). Luokesų gyvenvietės I liekanos yra ežero Š kranto įlankoje, seklumoje, besitęsiančioje nuo kranto į R, iki didesniosios salos. Seklumoje gylis siekia 1,1–1,9 m [p. 475].

ENIn 2009 the underwater excavation of the Luokesai lake pile settlement I continued with the excavation of 4 m². The cultural layer, which was 60–95 cm thick, contained ceramic sherds (with brushed and smooth surfaces), 2 almost complete pots, a small stone axe, and well preserved organic finds, i. e. ropes, net fragments, the remains of a bark bucket, an oar, and a wooden stand. The wooden constructions unearthed in the excavated area still do not allow comprehensive scientific assumptions to be made about any special construction features.
