LT2009 m. Vilniuje, Šventaragio ir Universiteto gatvių (L. Stuokos-Gucevičiaus gatvės dalyje) sankryžoje bei Universiteto ir L. Stuokos-Gucevičiaus gatvių (prie „Kempinski“ viešbučio), šaligatvių vietoje tiesiant komunikacijas ir rekonstruojant gatvės dangą, vykdyti archeologiniai tyrinėjimai [p. 404].

ENIn 2009, 1124.19 m2 were excavated at the intersection of Šventaragio and Universiteto Streets. During the excavation three fragments of masonry structures dating to the 16th–18th centuries were found. One of them is from the 16th-century Vilnius defensive wall. The bones of one individual, wooden gutters, and the remains of a wooden tub were also found. A large quantity of clay pottery, tiles, John II Casimir coins and other finds dating to the 17th–20th centuries were discovered.
