LT2012 m. Daržų g. 9A esančiame sklype, kuris patenka į Klaipėdos senojo miesto vietos su priemiesčiais (UK 27077) teritoriją, vykdyti detalieji archeologiniai tyrimai. Tiriamas sklypas yra Klaipėdos miesto istoriniame Odų (Fryd richo) priemiestyje. 2012 m. tyrimų metu ištirta 129 m2 : 2 plotai (1-57,5 m2 , 2-56, 5 m2) ir 4 2x1 m dydžio šurfai. Aptikti ir inventorinti 496 radiniai, iš jų 308 buitinės keramikos (lėkščių, puodų, puodynių, keptuvių) šukės, 97 plokštiniai kokliai, dengti žalia ir juoda glazūra, 23 stiklinių butelių fragmentai, 22 kaolino pypkių dalys ir kt. Radiniai perduoti MLIM. Ištirtuose plotuose ir šurfuose fiksuotas iki 2,2 m storio XVI a. pabaigos-XX a. kultūrinis sluoksnis. Sluoksnyje išskirti 4 horizontai: I horizontas-XIX–XX a., II horizontas-XVII a. II pusė-XVIII a., III horizontas-XVII a. I pusė, IV horizontas-XVI a. pabaiga. [...] [p. 400-401].
ENIn 2012, a total of 129 m2 (two trenches and four test pits) were excavated during the evaluation at Daržų st. 9A. 496 finds including 308 sherds of household pottery, 97 panel stove tile (Blattkachel) fragments, 23 glass bottle fragments, 22 kaolin pipe pieces, etc. were discovered and inventoried. A late 16th–20th century cultural layer up to 2.2 m thick was recorded in the excavated areas and test pits. The layer is divided into four horizons: horizon I-19th–20th centuries, horizon II-second half of the 17th–18th centuries, horizon III-first half of the 17th century, and horizon IV-late 16th century. The foundation of a late 19th early 20th century synagogue were unearthed in horizon I. The stone foundation fragment and stove pad discovered in area 2 were assigned to horizon II. The wooden building foundation created using large stones that was discovered at a depth of 1.4–1.45 m in area 2, was assigned to horizon III. 35–40 cm thick layers of blackish peaty sand and black peat, which contained isolated late 16th century finds, was recorded at a depth of 1.4–1.85 m.
