Miesto provaizdis Lietuvos visuomenės mentalitete ir jo panaudojimo aspektai miestų planavime : disertacija

LTDisertacija rašyta kaip diskursas, siekiant nustatyti bei išnagrinėti svarbiausius miesto provaizdžio panaudojimo urbanistiniame planavime aspektus: planavimo tikslus, miesto erdvių sistemos psichologinį priimtinumą ir psichologiškai pagrįstą miesto erdvinę koncepciją. Darbe, remiantis įvairių mokslo sričių tyrimų bei teorijų sinteze, siekiama pagrįsti prielaidą, kad kultūrinei bendruomenei bendruose psichikos turiniuose, greta kitų, glūdi miesto erdvinės visumos vaizdiniai, atspindintys jai būdingą pasaulėžiūrą ir pasaulėjautą (šie vaizdiniai darbe įvardinami miesto provaizdžiu). Todėl atskleidžiama šių bendrų vaizdinių galima reikšmė, nulemianti urbanizuotos aplinkos psichologinį priimtinumą, ieškoma šio miesto provaizdžio lietuvių kultūroje. Moksliniame darbe analizuoti miesto erdvės vaizdiniai ir atspindžiai aptariami įvairiuose kultūros bei bendruose psichikos lygmenyse ir srityse, atskleidžiami jų ryšiai su kasdienės miesto aplinkos suvokimu ir įvardijami svarbiausi panaudojimo urbanistiniame planavime aspektai.

ENThe thesis is built as a discourse that seeks to identify and analyse the most important aspects of the use of the primeval image of a city in urban planning: planning objectives, the psychological acceptability of the system of urban spaces and a psychologically grounded spatial concept of a city. Based on a synthesis of research and theories of various fields of science, the study seeks to justify the assumption that, psychic contents, apart from other contents, common to a cultural community contain images of the spatial whole of a city that reflect the world view typical of that community (the study refers to these images as the primeval image of a city). Therefore, the study reveals the potential meaning of these common images that determines the psychological acceptability of the urban environment, and looks for this primeval image of a city in Lithuanian culture. The thesis analyses urban spatial images and reflections on different levels of culture and on the common levels of the mind, discloses their relations with the perception of everyday urban environment and identifies the main aspects of their use in urban planning.
