Klaipėdos piliavietės rytinės prieigos

LTTyrimų vieta-Klaipėdos buvusios bastioninės pilies R ravelino su grioviais teritorija, susiformavusi XVII a. pradžioje. Piliai netekus strateginės reikšmės, 1770 m. karaliaus Frydricho Didžiojo įsaku leista pirmiausia ravelinus, o vėliau ir pylimus nuomoti ir pardavinėti pirkliams ir miestiečiams. 1888 m. Klaipėdos pilis galutinai apleista, pilies grioviai buvo užpilti ir išlyginti. 2013 m. žvalgomųjų tyrimų metu buvo iškastos 7 perkasos (bendras 115 m2 plotas). [...] [p. 194].

ENIn 2013 MLIM conducted an excavation at the east side of former outside defence installation of Klaipeda castle (Pilies st. 2). When castle lost its strategic importance in 1770, king Friedrich The Great issued an order to rent ravelins and ramprants for merchants and townspeople. In 1888 Klaipeda castle was abandoned and all the trenches were poured and smoothened. Former easter ravelin was destroyed when the current Pilies st. was built in the 6−7th decades of 20 c. so the research place occured into previous mentioned filled ditch. About 115 m2 (7 trenches) were investigated where heavy bulk layers (in the borehole 5 meters) were founded. It formed at the end of 18th and 20th century and 744 findings from this period were registered.
