LT2013 m. sklype atlikti žvalgomieji tyrimai (A. Vaitkuvienė), kurių metu iškasti 4 šurfai (bendras 14 m2 plotas). Centrinėje sklypo dalyje 50 cm gylyje aptiktas XIX a. pabaigos-XX a. pradžios grindinys iš lauko riedulių. 1,9–2,5 m gylyje išlikęs 40–60 cm storio XVII–XVIII a. kultūrinis sluoksnis, vietomis sunaikintas šiluminės trasos ir 1932 m. įrengto kanalizacijos tinklo. Sklypo Š dalyje XVII–XVIII a. kultūrinis sluoksnis sunaikintas XIX a. pabaigoje statant mūrinį pastatą. 2014 m. tirtas 1284 m2 plotas, kuriame rasti 2083 radiniai. 2014 m. lapkričio 18 d. vykusiame KPD I Nekilnojamojo kultūros paveldo vertinimo tarybos posėdyje atkasti XIX–XX a. mūrai buvo pripažinti nevertingais, rekomenduota išsaugoti tik aptiktų arkinių pamatų fragmentą. Archeologiniai tyrimai pradėti sklypo PV dalyje. Pagal darbų eiliškumą sklypas suskirstytas į plotus 1–4. [...] [p. 480].
ENIn 2014 an excavation (1284 m2) was conducted at Subačiaus st. 19, Vilnius. Masonry foundations and courtyard paving fragments datable to the second half of the 19th-early 20th century were unearthed and recorded. The W and N buildings were erected in the second half of the 19th century. The S building could have been erected in the early 20th century. A 1–3.8 m thick cultural layer that formed during the construction and demolition of the buildings was recorded. Storage pits with 17th–19th century finds were discovered in areas 1–3. The remains of a wooden building from the late 18th–19th century was discovered in area 3. The early 16th–17th century cultural layers on the plot were destroyed during the construction of the masonry buildings in the 19th early 20th century and the laying of 20th century sewer, water, and heating lines. A hoard of gold coins (92 Russian roubles and US dollars with a total weight of 668.108 g) was discovered under foundation stones in the basement of the N building. The 2083 discovered and catalogued finds were given to the LNM.
