Seinų gatvė 5

LTMerkinės miestelyje, Seinų g. 5 namo sklype žvalgomųjų tyrimų metu iki įžemio ištirti du 1,5x1 m dydžio ir 3 m2 bendro ploto šurfai. Namo sklype ištirtas 2,1–2,2 m storio kultūrinis sluoksnis. Jis formavosi nuo XVII a. vidurio iki XXI a. pradžios. 1–2,2 m gylyje aptikti XVII a. vidurio-XVIII a. sluoksniai su vertingais to laikotarpio radiniais, XVII a. krosnių koklių, XVII–XVIII a. daugiausia juodos molio masės neglazūruotų buitinių keraminių, stiklinių indų, langų stiklo fragmentais, osteologine medžiaga. ENDuring a field evaluation on the plot at Seinų st. 5 in the town of Merkinė, two 1.5x1 m test pits (a total of 3 m2) were excavated down to sterile soil. A 2.1–2.2 m thick cultural layer that formed from the mid 17th to early 21st century was excavated on the plot. Fragments of 17th century stove tiles and the remains of 17th-18th century household pottery vessels were discovered.
