Konstitucijos prospektas 18B

LT2016 m. rudenį žvalgomieji tyrimai vykdyti Vilniaus senojo miesto vietos su priemiesčiais (UK 25504) teritorijoje, sklype Konstitucijos pr. 18B, Konstitucijos prospekto P dalyje, priešais prekybos centrą "Europa". Sklypo PR dalis įsiterpusi į Konstitucijos pr. 12 pastatų kompleksą, sklypo ŠV dalis apima čia esančios automobilių stovėjimo aikštelės teritoriją bei nedidelį žalią plotą priešais "Radisson Blu" viešbutį. Bendras sklypo plotas-apie 6200 m2 . Artimiausiu laiku šioje vietoje planuojama statyti naujus pastatus. Per 2016 m. žvalgomuosius tyrimus surinkti ir suinventorinti 124 radiniai. Žvalgomieji archeologiniai tyrimai sklype parodė, kad šioje vietoje išlikęs senasis XVII a. pabaigos-XIX a. užstatymas su XVIII–XIX a. bei vietomis išlikusiu galbūt XVII a. II pusės-XVIII a. kultūriniu sluoksniu. Radiniai perduoti LNM. [...] [p. 360, 362].

ENDuring a 2016 field evaluation, 62 m² were excavated on the plot at Konstitucijos ave. 18B in the territory of Vilnius old town and its suburbs. 0.2–2.8 m thick cultural layers dating to the second half of the 17th second half of the 20th century were recorded, while archaeologically valuable cultural layers up to 1.2 m thick that contained sparse 18th–19th century and isolated 17th century finds were recorded in test pits 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 13, and 14. The first horizon, up to 40 cm thick, which was perhaps the earliest surface at this location and dated to the second half of the 17th–18th centuries, was distinguished in the cultural layers in test pits 5, 8, 13, and 14. Various architectural structures dating to the 18th–20th centuries were recorded in test pits 4, 6, 11, 12, and 14.
