Žvalgymai Vingrių gatvėje 12, 12A

LT2016 m. gruodžio mėnesį prie numatytų rekonstruoti pastatų Vingrių g. 12, 12A Vilniuje atlikti žvalgymai kasant tranšėją įrengiamos dujotiekio trasos vietoje. 2015 m. atlikus žvalgomuosius tyrimus pastatuose, archeologijos vertybių nerasta (ATL 2015 metais, 2016, p. 563, nr. 417). Todėl prireikus perkelti dujotiekį, vykdyti žvalgymai tranšėjos prie tarybiniu laikotarpiu statytų pastatų vietoje. Kasta maždaug 36 m ilgio, apie 80 cm pločio ir 1,2–1,4 m gylio tranšėja. Jos P pakraštys buvo apie 80 cm nutolęs nuo pastatų Vingrių g. 12 ir 12A Š, ŠR fasadų. Žvalgant nustatyta, kad po 30–40 cm asfalto dangos, skaldos ir žvyro sluoksniais yra 40–50 cm storio pilkos žemės su griuvenomis sluoksniai, suformuoti XIX–XX a. performuojant vietovės reljefą. ENIn 2016, a survey was conducted at Vingrių st. 12 and 12A in a W suburb of Vilnius. In digging a trench for a gas main, sunken features from the first half of the 17th century were discovered in the natural sand uncovered under the 19th–20th century cultural layers. At least two of the features were connected with activities involving the production of ceramics as well as other articles and building materials for the construction and household markets in this part of Vilnius old town up until the mid 17th century or even later. The remains of a conjectured industrial furnace sitting atop a layer of sand altered by high temperatures were discovered in one feature.
