ENIn 2016, one 4 m2 test pit was excavated at the site of an anomaly recorded during a geophysical survey at Subačiaus st. 21, Vilnius, and disturbed soil, which had caused the anomaly, was recorded in the test pit’s NW part. An 18th–19th century masonry wall was unearthed in the central part of the test pit and a 70 cm thick, 16th–17th century cultural layer with finds and a female inhumation with a similar chronology but without grave goods were discovered under the disturbed soil in the SE part. The burial was left in situ. The burial site of J. Gensas was not found.
