Smulkiojo verslo subjektų vadovų požiūris į ES struktūrinių fondų investicijas labai mažoms įmonėms

LTStraipsnyje apibūdinama smulkiojo verslo reikšmė šalies ūkiui bei teisinis reglamentavimas, apžvelgiamos ES struktūrinių fondų investicijos Lietuvos verslui, akcentuojant investicijas smulkiajam verslui, aptariamos ES struktūrinių fondų investicijų verslui perspektyvos. Analizuojami atlikto tyrimo, kuriuo siekiama atskleisti smulkiųjų įmonių vadovų požiūrį į ES struktūrinių fondų investicijas labai mažoms įmonėms, rezultatai. Išskiriami respondentų pasiūlymai: teikti nemokamas konsultacijas labai mažoms įmonėms, suinteresuotoms gauti ES struktūrinių fondų investicijas, netaikyti labai mažoms įmonėms nuosavų lėšų indėlio į projektą reikalavimų, mažinti biurokratiją atsiskaitant už gautas investicijas, pagreitinti paraiškų vertinimą, trumpinti laikotarpį nuo paraiškos patvirtinimo iki realaus pinigų gavimo. Reikšminiai žodžiai: ES struktūriniai fondai, smulkusis verslas, labai maža įmonė, investicijos, vadovų požiūris.

ENThe article describes the significance of small business for the country's economy and its legal regulation, reviews the investments of EU structural funds for Lithuanian business, emphasizing investment for small business, and discusses the perspectives of EU structural funds investments for business. The results of the conducted research, which aims to reveal the attitude of the managers of small companies to the investments of EU structural funds for very small companies, are analysed. Respondents' proposals are distinguished: to provide free consultations to very small companies interested in receiving investment from EU structural funds, do not apply requirements for the contribution of own funds to the project for very small companies, to reduce the bureaucracy in consideration of the investment received, to expedite the evaluation of applications, to shorten the period from the application approval to the actual receipt of money.
