Miestas ir kūrybiškumas: teatro menininkų patyrimas

LTStraipsnyje gilinamasi į miesto ir kūrybiškumo fenomenus dviejų skirtingų kartų teatro menininkų - aktorių ir režisierių Valentino Masalskio ir Aleksandro Špilevojaus - kūrybos kontekste. Iš teatrologijos ir psichologijos mokslų perspektyvų siekiama tyrinėti menininkų, kurių kūrybinėms geografinėms trajektorijoms būdingi saviti dėsningumai, patiriamą miesto aplinkos daromą įtaką jų kūrybiškumui. Nepaisant skirtingų kūrybinių siekių ir patirčių, pastebimi keli pasikartojantys aspektai. Abu menininkus siejančios bendrybės įvardijamos trimis temomis: produktyvaus atsitraukimo, pakitusių ryšių ir naujos perspektyvos. Analizuojant individualų V. Masalskio ir A. Špilevojaus patyrimą, straipsnyje taip pat svarstoma apie atsitraukimų nuo miesto kontekste išryškėjusius jų kūrybinių prigimčių skirtumus. ENThe article explores the phenomena of the city and creativity in the context of the work of two different generations of theatre artists - actors and directors - Valentinas Masalskis and Aleksandras Špilevojus. Combining the perspectives of theatre studies and psychology, this article explores how artists whose geographical trajectories are characterised by distinctive patterns experience the influence of the urban environment on their creativity. Despite their differing artistic aspirations and experiences, several recurring aspects are apparent. The commonalities between the two artists can be grouped under three topics: productive retreat, shifting relationships and new perspectives. The analysis of the individual experiences of Masalskis and Špilevojus reflects on the differences in their creative natures, conditioned by their “retreat” from the urban context.
